Please note the following:

 - Sit-down style course dinner and drinks will be provided.
 - Please pay at the reception counter on the day of the event.
 - Cancellation policy:  Day of event (100%), 1 day before (80%), 2 days before (50%), One week before (0%)
 - 150 tickets will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis.  
 - Event and Panels will be held in English.
